Stamna Tavern is one of the few genuine Cypriot taverns left in Ayia Napa. Perhaps the last.
Most of our dishes have their origin on our family dinnertable in Dherynia and everything is homemade by either Andreas' mother or by Andreas himself.
Justly celebrated is Stamna's "Taramosalata". Andreas makes it from his own secret recipe and the light pink dip made by him is one of the greatest pleasures of Cyprus. Try the "Tarama" with the unique Cypriot cheese - Halloumi
On the menu as well is tender "Kleftico" lamb and "Afelia", pork marinaded in wine and coriander. And the great "Meze" of course.
